Our Story
In 2016, I, Robin, arrived in New Zealand from the Philippines as an international student — excited, nervous, and full of hope. I was determined to build a better future for myself and my family.
Through hard work and perseverance, I completed my studies, became a registered nurse, and eventually a proud New Zealand citizen. My success inspired my brother to follow, and soon after, we were able to bring our parents, including my dad Lito, to join us here in New Zealand.
For my dad, seeing his children thrive in a safe and opportunity-filled country became his proudest achievement. And together, we realized how one person’s decision to study abroad can transform the future of an entire family.
